I was born in Lima Peru & started making jewelry when I was 14. I went to SUNY New Paltz NY where I studied metalsmithing & did 1 year of blacksmithing in Italy. In 1979 I earned a degree in Art Education. Later I apprenticed in Oslo Norway.
